Warning: Fangirly tendencies up ahead.

I know I speak non-stop about people I love and that pisses (most) people off.

But these videos had me in tears.

Because what I have ALWAYS wanted to see happen, FINALLY HAPPENED.

I know. I sound so fangirly to the point my friends think that my MAIN personality trait is being a fangirl (but you've got to admit, being fangirly GOT ME SOMEWHERE AND SOMETHING ANYWAY).

BUT LOOK AT THAT VIDEO. IF YOU KNOW ME WELL ENOUGH, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY I AM TYPING THIS ALL IN CAPS AND HOW THIS MEANS THE UNIVERSE TO ME.

These people mean the world to me. I love their music and also their personalities. I have seen, heard, and touched one, while I have spoken, heard, and seen the other.

That moment is something you CANNOT trade for anything in the world.

Not even for Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen tickets.

Ever since David did Baba o'Riley on American Idol, all I said to my 18 years was "Hello, it would be epic if they toured together" because like 2 years before David Cook walked into my life, Ryan Star was my hero AND he also sang this song on Rockstar: Supernova (and got eliminated after that but let's not go there now). She scoffed at the idea.

Fast forward to a couple of months later. They are on tour together, sharing the same stage night after night. No one listens to me, as usual.

How do you expect my inner fangirl to NOT go crazy seeing them together?

And seeing that...I have no words.

I am sorry, all I have are just happy tears.

I missed this.

As much as I love David Cook, I love this man.

Life is good. Not perfect, just good.

I will resume my updating duties tomorrow. Bye, biscuits.

I could not ask for more.

Okay, this is post number 400.

Wow. That's just insane.

Oh well, happy 400th!

*****
Guess what? Due to constant abuse by my mother, my old PC fondly known as Tomas has died.

The power button on the CPU has finally given way, so now I am unable to retrieve the songs I downloaded for the wedding.

But no worries, I'm a resourceful little kitty and I managed to find some songs online. But most of my assignments and songs are in there.

I'm feeling blue.

*****
Today was wonderful.

Wonderful isn't even the right word.

So the best friend who is back from burning things in Medan came over at 10AM for our little trip. Can this girl get any skinnier? She's so horribly skinny it makes me feel like I'm a MASSIVE walrus.

Anyways, we set off to Menara Standard Chartered which is right next to Pavilion for our spa trip. Both of us picked the aromatherapy massage while my mother picked the Swedish massage.

We got to our designated rooms and I saw my masseuse. She looked kind of stern but she was super-friendly.
"This is the shower cap. This is the disposable panties"
*holds it up*
"This small part is the back and this is the front"
"And that's your towel. I'll be back in a few minutes"

So I changed and waited. She came back and rubbed salt on my body for the body scrub treatment and started interrogating me. The usual "Are you mixed?" and "What are you doing?" kind of questions.

After that, the three of us spent 20 minutes in the steam bath. It was freaking hot but tolerable to my standards.

Then, we had to take a bath to get rid of the salt. Next came the massage. More conversation ensued.

She has four kids, lives around Batu Caves, enjoys doing the wedding decorations, thinks men are the biggest wuss in the world (this had me in stitches albeit being uncomfortable lying face down) and thinks black and white with a hint of red at a Malay wedding is uber cool (I like the idea too, who cares what those old folks think!).

One thing that baffles me about these masseuses in general is that they know exactly which part of your body hurts.

*massages back*
"Your back hurts, doesn't it? I bet it's because you sit in front of the PC"

Damn psychic this woman. How do they know?!

We were done by 1PM and the other two were saying how quiet their masseuses were and how chatty mine was. I know it was supposed to be relaxing and all, but I actually like it when people talk to me rather than just stay silent (I know one person I can doze off to when they're talking to me...but that happens at night when bouts of insomnia are rampant).

Then guess what the best friend said?
"You know my masseuse was telling about how thin I was and I told her it was in the genes. She says to me 'But your mum and your elder sister aren't as skinny as you, they're normal what!'. I told them that you weren't my sister or mother"

Do I look that old?

I look fat, but definitely NOT old.

Then we had lunch and we decided to celebrate our "early" 21st birthday. Since we weren't going to be around for our birthdays (hers is on the 19th of August...you know when my birthday is, right!), I thought we'd celebrate it early.

My father is a joker, seriously.
"Take the candle off the cake! The wax will melt on the cake!"

Uncle fiddling with the cake and the box.

Uncle is so technology-unfriendly -.-'

He made us blow the candle almost 10 times (I am not joking) just to get a shot of us because by the time he took the photo, we already blew the candles. We almost burnt the restaurant down.

Eh, it's not our fault he's so slow, okay!

After 10 attempts, we have a winner, folks.

My little sister and I. Woman, why the hell are you so skinny-lah? I look like I'm eyeing the cake. Stupid thing *slaps self*

I had the time of my life (pun very much intended to annoy someone) today and I definitely wouldn't trade it for the world.

Thank you, little sister, for the wonderful time today. I love you. Can't wait for the next time you come home.

Stop burning things and polluting the air when you go back to Medan!

*****
I heard my song on the radio just now and I flipped out in joy, channelling my inner Christian Finnegan.

I just love how one song can make your day seem so much brighter.

*****
Since this entry is entry number 400, I thought I'd post up my top 10 favourite songs.

01. Yellow - Coldplay/Wonderwall - Oasis.
02. I Could Not Ask For More - Edwin McCain.
03. We Might Fall - Ryan Star.
04. Makeover - David Cook.
05. Mr. Brightside - The Killers.
06. Last Train Home - Ryan Star.
07. Roxanne - The Police/George Michael.
08. Stars - The Cranberries.
09. Searchlights - David Cook.
10. December/Money Love - Juke Kartel.

WHAT WHAT WHAT? DAVID COOK IS NOT AT NUMBER ONE???
*gasps*
The horror.

*rolls eyes*

I am quite sane okay? Contrary to popular belief, my life hasn't been completely taken over by him, thank you very much.

Oh well. I need to go and create mayhem in the house. I'm trying to figure out how to bring Tomas back to life. Half of my songs are in there especially some of the oldies I promised my parents.

=(

So take my strong advice.

I swear, this is freaky.

Last Thursday.
"Eh, you know what song I think David Cook will sing next week?"
"What?"
"Beat It"
"WTF"
"Serious ah?"
"Hell yeah"
"Why?"
"He sounds like Patrick Stump and he did the cover recently what?"
"I don't think so, that song wasn't released in 1982. The album was, but the song wasn't"
"Oh well, I think it's between Beat It and Billie Jean...I have a feeling so strong it's going to be something from Michael Jackson"
"Anything but Eye of the Tiger is okay"
"I second that"

And at sharp 6PM today, I went to the LJ community and saw that he sang Billie Jean (I downloaded it before I saw the performance on TV...goodness I had goosebumps!).

0_0

Woman ah, are you psychic? If you are, tell me what's the lucky number? I want to go and buy lottery.

But dear God, he was AWESOME, as awesome as Ryan Star when he did Enjoy the Silence and Back of Your Car!

And for the record, Michael Johns is BACK! I love to turn you on.

*****
Today, while waiting to go home, I sat by the stairs and turned Nicky on and cried a little.

I wasn't supposed to, but I needed the tears.

I can imagine what you will say to me if I was right in front of you, in tears.
"Eh, you're better than that, stronger than that, wiser than that...so what's the deal with the tears?"
"I say I love your bacon and eggs also you're still crying ah? Do you want me to tell you I love your 'miang' face next?"

Sorry-lah, I know I'm strong and all, but sometimes you need a good cry to make you feel somewhat human.

I was a little grumpy as well, for no apparent reason, which wasn't a good thing.

I need the strength but I feel defeated and tired every day.

Oh no...

*****
Don't go around breaking young girls' hearts...

Sorry, the song is stuck in my head. I remember how much I loved the original version. My parents used to make me listen to Michael Jackson's songs and play his videos to keep me quiet. I grew up in that MJ era, I was one of those kids.

*****
I am so thankful I'm blessed with such understanding friends. Thank you =)

I'm being a night skipper again, skipping sleep for the umpteenth time already.

You're so fucking special, yes you are.

We're close to finding truth.

Sigh...this weather makes me want to crank Ryan Star on my radio so loud, people would like to poke me all over the place.

I had a strong urge to lick the TV screen earlier, but with a little help from my friends, I was restrained from doing so. I have bad friends. Pfft. I couldn't help squealing in front of the TV today. I am feeling so silly and giddy right now.

I just had so much fun at 6PM with my constants, despite only having 3 hours of sleep in the morning.
"Eh, I owe you money, yes!"
"She's awake now"
"I still can't understand how anyone can get by with 3 hours of sleep...I'd probably faint after a few hours"

Fatigue? It's all in the mind, you need to push beyond your limits to stay awake.

I had a bad, bad, bad day today. I dropped my phone and almost everything broke.
"Fuck you, Arjen!" I yelled in anger. I know, it's my fault and I'm scolding him. I'm a bad owner.

To cheer myself up, I had cupcakes. Eh, can't wait to see you this weekend-lah. Cupcakes, cham, 'cook', cheesecakes and coffee. Whee!

I even had an apple today! I am quite happy when I get to munch on an apple. Someone said you all should buy lotteries because I have renewed my love for fruits, which is unusual.

Other than that, I have NEW earphones. My ears are alive, with the sound of music...

I can't seem to find my stupid Will Young CDs! I know no one in my house listens to him (I don't either, but I have been forced to by a certain person I have for a friend) so there's no excuse for anyone to take them from my room.

Maybe I threw them away.

Good riddance to bad rubbish, eh? =p

I think I better get going. I haven't been in the best of moods of late. I'll come back to entertain you once I feel better.

I'll be the fly on your wall.

OHMYGODIAMSOHAPPY!!!

3-0!!!

Who says a wood and a lamp can't work together?

And oh. Que sera, sera.

*****
And quote of the day goes a little something like this.

"You were small, now you've blossomed"

Oi, pervert. I will complain to your girlfriend and she will whack the hell out of you.

*****
I had a minor problem with clothes yesterday. So, I gathered my fashion experts *coughs* and asked them to pick a nice red top for me.

And guess what? I picked this top that I bought when I was 12 and it fits.

Oh yes, I do not lie. It fit perfectly and made me look thin.

I don't like wearing red much because I look fat when I wear red.

This is a surprise.

*****
I have new shirts. And a damaged wallet.

-_-

*****
"Italy or Spain," Mourinho said when asked about his future. "Afterwards I want to go back to England and finally be national coach of Portugal."

There's still hope.

I believe.

*****
I'm feeling optimistic. I am watching Clocks! Random things like this remind me of our stupid conversations.

I just seem to have a thing for rocker boys and their guitars, don't I?

I'm a house of cards in a hurricane.

Okay, I have taken time off to update. What's to update when no one comments? =(

Anyway, I want a tattoo. But I can't. Because I hate needles. And also it's against my religion. Haha.

You've seen the 'life and love' tattoo I wanted.

Now see this one.

It's Welsh for 'music' (not sure, but I think it is that). It's cool, but I don't want it that big...because I will cry seeing the needle.

And yes, that's Toby Rand. Hehehe, this was an excuse to update and post his pic. I'm so predictable, right?

Wah, his eyes are so blue...*faints*

I have been OD-ing on him and Ryan Star for the last few days til 3AM. I heard CLOCKS! Just thought I'd let you know. I still can't look at a piano the same way again.

*daydreams of the piano*

You started it!

Okay, enough of that. Tomorrow after my exams, I shall be quite happy because...
01. I will be going for a long overdue body and foot massage. Blame my mother and her "WE NEED TO FINISH THE PROMOTIONS BY THE END OF THIS MONTH!!!" rants!
02. I can buy yoghurts after that. Very upset my stock at home is depleted. No wonder I am getting fat.
03. I can watch rugby peacefully. Everytime I am watching an England match, there's my brother insisting we watch Liverpool win/lose or draw. It's better for him to sleep than watch the match and disrupt my rugby-watching time.

Haha. What a coincidence. Another excuse and another Toby! Hahaha!

5 out of 5 maybe?

Oh well I'm done. ARE YOU HAPPY I UPDATED? I'm bored studying here and you tell me you're bored because you have no entertainment because I never updated.

Go watch TV or something. I'm no entertainer.

Hmmph.

Toodles. Will update (properly) soon.

I have heard about your butterflies.

Quite randomly, I love taking pictures of the sky. Especially when the sky is this gorgeous.

Pretty, no?

I just don't get it when people call me crazy when I take pictures of the sky. Hello, if I take candid pictures of you looking like an illegal immigrant or looking drunk, then you are permitted to call me crazy.

Guess what? I ain't crazy, I'm the (AV) daydreamer.

Daydreamer what are you dreaming of?
Daydreamer what are you thinking of?
Daydreamer I wanna dream with you
And leave it all behind
I say welcome to the dreamtime.

*****
So, you want to see how my room looks like now, eh?

Not much to it...just randomly added some things in an attempt to make it nicer.

The room in full view.

Yes, I have a 45-year-old man's face plastered on my cupboard. And anyone wants that poster of Ryan Star? I have another one. Leave me a message, okay?

Chelsea book and DVD. Tissue box. Random charm dolls. Butterfly spinner. Hour glass. Random lips figurine. The Killers' Sam's Town wristband.

Spiderman, Spiderman, does whatever a spider can. Do YOU realise how old this is?

Random stuff. Yeah, spot the odd one out and you get a special prize.

This is VERY old. My friend did this for our class. It was so pretty I didn't want to leave it there to be thrown away.

I only posted them up because they were pretty artistic. I'm not an alcoholic. I swear.

The dressing table.

Holy moley, BUTTERFLIES!

Study table with lots of random things. Like a mooncake box.

Guess where I stole this from?

MORE butterflies! Yes, I noticed the last one is pink. What's your point?

I love this. You can have Gabriel Gray. I want Peter Petrelli.

Now before you ask, how come I didn't put up Stevie G or Xabi Alonso on the door...this is to show what you mean to me.

Nah. Handsome Finnish dude. Who no longer drives for my team. I even found my "Massa rocks my world" thing. Hahaha, oh the things we did when we were young! There we were...sitting for PMR and we wrote "Kimi is so sexy!" in our textbooks. Haha.

Butterfly bubble blower. Open Mic Nite =) . The father's old office tag. He let me keep it for no reason.

Now all that's missing is a nice poster of Lewis Hamilton and Jonny Wilkinson. And Crouchy. Anyone willing to donate?

Oh yeah, anyone wants a BIG poster of Thierry Henry? It's really big. I can't put it up since I'm not really a big fan of his. So if you want, just let me know.

*****
Dear Lewis Hamilton,

Fuck those bigots. They have no lives and don't know how to spell. You're way better than that.

Can't wait for March! This could be your year. And be nice to Heikki, he seems like a rational, non-arrogant guy.

Very much supporting you,
-me-

Honestly, people. Get a life. Bloody racists should be marooned off to a deserted island and be allowed to do whatever the hell they want to do with their lives. Like making babies or chanting jibes at each other.

*****
I spent money on two earrings. Definitely worth it. The mother accidentally threw one of my earrings that I adored since it was a gift from a friend. I have no idea how anyone can see that shiny things are rubbish. And I lost half a pair of earrings in the train. Don't ask, I don't know how it happened.

And I am ever so tempted to buy shoes.

SAVE, WOMAN. SAVE MONEY.

Target of saving RM100 a month was met for the month of January. February's going to make me insanely broke, don't think I can meet the target.

Help.

Without you, it ain't home.

Yes, I'm updating because someone told me so. What an influence you have on me.

I was at MySpace and I was reading this post Ryan Star blogged about Heath Ledger. It made me almost tear [Heh, I was watching Scary Movie 4 last night (I fear my brain cells have died quite rapidly last night, I blame the brother) and there was this Brokeback Mountain spoof in it and I shed a tear. Sad, okay? Heath was brilliant in that movie and he moved me to tears! I am human, okay].

Anyways, go watch this. Heath Ledger directed this video. Such talent.

And...we're going to watch The Dark Knight in July, provided I am not too tied up with other random things, okay?

Make every moment count.

I love you =)

I'll be your last train home.

Everyone's going somewhere.

The Rooney/Ronaldo lover is off to Hong Kong.
The Russian spy-friend is going to Egypt.
My froggy friend is off to Bali. TO STUDY MEDICINE.

WTF. Bali, okay.

Everyone's going somewhere.

I'm not even sure if I'm leaving. I'm not even sure where I'm going yet.

Sad, but true. Life is like that-lah, I guess.

And if you wait for me, I'll be the light in the dark when you lose your way,
And if you wait for me, I'll be your voice when you don't know what to say,
I'll be your shelter, I'll be your faith,
I'll be forever, wait for me,
I'll be your last train...I'll be the last train home.

-Last Train Home, Ryan Star-

Yes, I love this song. Just downloaded it. Go bloody download it, okay. It's from the PS. I Love You soundtrack, which has Paolo Nutini's Rewind in it as well (it's a brilliant song). I told you I was right!

It's good to know that you left me with a good sense of love and music. Just come home soon, okay? I miss you.

Pictures.

I was looking back at some of the pictures I took before.

I must admit, I'm quite a bad one. Boo-hoo.

But there are a few pictures I have taken that have me staring at them over and over again because of what they mean to me and how beautiful they look.

Who could forget that November? It was the best month of my life (November 5 was a horrible day, I cried so much my eyes were hurting). I still remember the conversation I had with mate about calling up the radio station and my reluctance. Going to bed at 2, but only falling asleep at 5 when class starts at 9. Me touching his hand and screaming like a mad cow. Oh, I feel like it was just yesterday. Out of the many pics I took, this had to be the best because the look on his face was just beautiful. The intensity showed his passion for what he loves doing. Music. He sounds amazing when he sings 'live'. Oh and he likes MCR (sorry, I just wanted to say that). Ryan Star. Oh...the cause of the orgasms in the morning =p

**Note: I'm still an innocent and insignificant little dot**

I took this when my uncle passed away in September last year (yes, when I was on good terms with SOME of the relatives). I liked this quote because to me, it meant a lot. That was then, anyway. I can't say that I like this quote much now after all that's happened.

My late grandmother. I wasn't even a year old when she passed away. Apparently, my dad wrote the words. Why can't I write like that? I wish I met her at least once.

Bali's watermelon juice!!! Haha! I took this! The first picture was to show how the mother is trying to be an 'apple-polisher' or we call it 'bodek' the father (I tell you, these people learn the wrong kinds of things from me =.=').

The second picture shows how a non-technology friedly person trying to embrace technology. Anyone who knows this man would know how "very technology friendly" he can be. I am the only person in the house who uses the machines and I have to teach them so that they don't touch the wrong buttons and make the machine wonky. The brother is no better. DVD player also I must turn on then only people can use.

Of course, I have pictures of animals too that I like.

I fell in love with this Komodo dragon. For all the right reasons.

Synchronised scratching, anyone?

I like this the best. The pelicans were moving so much I just had to snap them somewhere. What perfect timing.

I took this in February. I saw one the other day during my exams. Is it a sign? I don't know-lah.

Fine. I'm such a sadistic friend. My friend's stuck in a chair and this is what we do instead of helping. I like her expression though. It's bad to be stuck in a chair like that, but it's seriously hilarious. Moral of the story: Get enough sleep, if not you'll end up being like her.

Eh, wait. I didn't take this. Roya did. Fine, but it's from my camera so I claim ownership!

Ah...I love photographs. I have a few more, but that's for another day.

*****
Random note. The underwear model has left Arsenal to join West Ham. Why Freddie! Why must you leave Arsenal! WHY!!!

Bah. Oh well, at least there's Robin van Persie and Tomas Rosicky (Nutcase, shut up! Don't say anything!) and Cesc Fabregas.

P/S: Did anyone see today's The Star paper with an article on Jose in it? Tell me that you hate the pic. He's way hotter than that. I know, okay. Hmmph.

Funny folks.

The parents (the father especially) are trying to be funny with me.

I don't know what possessed the father that he decided that all of us (minus the brother) would go for this HomeDeco Expo thing at the Convention Center. He clearly stated that he wanted to leave the house at 9 AM today.

Guess what?

We left at 11:15 instead. He woke up late (as usual) and blames us for being late. Hmmph.

I tell you. He should go alone-lah for this kind of expo. I don't like anything there also. Except for the pretty Samsung flat screen LCD TV and Sony Cybershot cameras.

We walked and walked, looking at random electrical appliances. Vacuum cleaners, flat screen TVs, and washing machines. One in the house not enough meh?

Then we saw bathroom equipments. Taps, sinks, jacuzzis, bath tubs, and other random things.

And we stopped to see this LG booth, and they were selling the handphones. LG Chocolate phones were for sale. *drools* Pretty baby.

And that point, the father asked me if I wanted one. I told him that we should think about it and go back tomorrow and buy it then.

Then...we saw locks, doors, grills, roof tiles and lights. By then, I felt as though my legs were going to give way and fall off at any point.

And the mate was thinking of what she should ask the entire ManUre squad to sign for her if they held an autograph session when they came by to KL. And that will happen in another 3 months' time. Crazy girl. She also contemplated of giving Rooney a hug and declare her love for him. Madness.

At least that made me forget my tired legs for a while.

And the mother and I bought pretty shoes. They were from Indonesia. Really pretty. I show you all tomorrow.

I love Paolo Nutini, he just knows New Shoes is the right song for me.

The father decided that we're going back there tomorrow. I need to rest my legs-lah oi.

Too tired to post pictures of the shoes. I'll post them tomorrow along with something else I am supposed to get.
Hint: It's the cause of the orgasms in the morning =p

Chelsea game now. See you folks later.
