Warning: Fangirly tendencies up ahead.

I know I speak non-stop about people I love and that pisses (most) people off.

But these videos had me in tears.

Because what I have ALWAYS wanted to see happen, FINALLY HAPPENED.

I know. I sound so fangirly to the point my friends think that my MAIN personality trait is being a fangirl (but you've got to admit, being fangirly GOT ME SOMEWHERE AND SOMETHING ANYWAY).

BUT LOOK AT THAT VIDEO. IF YOU KNOW ME WELL ENOUGH, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY I AM TYPING THIS ALL IN CAPS AND HOW THIS MEANS THE UNIVERSE TO ME.

These people mean the world to me. I love their music and also their personalities. I have seen, heard, and touched one, while I have spoken, heard, and seen the other.

That moment is something you CANNOT trade for anything in the world.

Not even for Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen tickets.

Ever since David did Baba o'Riley on American Idol, all I said to my 18 years was "Hello, it would be epic if they toured together" because like 2 years before David Cook walked into my life, Ryan Star was my hero AND he also sang this song on Rockstar: Supernova (and got eliminated after that but let's not go there now). She scoffed at the idea.

Fast forward to a couple of months later. They are on tour together, sharing the same stage night after night. No one listens to me, as usual.

How do you expect my inner fangirl to NOT go crazy seeing them together?

And seeing that...I have no words.

I am sorry, all I have are just happy tears.

I missed this.

As much as I love David Cook, I love this man.

Life is good. Not perfect, just good.

I will resume my updating duties tomorrow. Bye, biscuits.

Can you breathe tonight?

Because we grew up to this band, we found it highly amusing to see them dance like that.

Watch it because I said so it's freaking hilarious.

Some things NEVER change.

Randomly, mate/my champion asked David Cook in this live chat (yes, we joined the chat because we were bored and it was also our way of telling him we do not have the album) if he watched soccer. He said he watched it occasionally and his favourite teams were KC Wiz and Arsenal of the English Premier League.
Fantastic. He knows football. THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE OMG. He is ten kinds of awesome for knowing an English team and also for not mentioning Manchester United as his favourite team because if he did, May, Nisha and I would have knocked some sense into his head.
Now he and my dad can have intelligent discussions about Arsenal and their players and their style of play. But my dad doesn't know who David Cook is.

My dad bought an Arsenal shirt for himself but gave it to my mother in hopes of making her ditch the Devils and supports the Gunners. She wore it once when she ran out of clean clothes to wear and in the same week, ManUre lost. She blamed the shirt brought her bad luck.

"Ma, since you're not going to wear the T-shirt anymore, can I have it?"
"What for?"
"I want to give it to my TV boyfriend if he comes here. He is an Arsenal fan, after all"
-.-"
"I'm going to make him pay for it"

I better go to bed. Long day tomorrow. Rawr.

Don't say a word, I'm okay with the quiet.

I am done with the week of mayhem.
*throws confetti*

I must have been really tired and sleep-deprived, I slept from 4:30PM until 9.

I know. I sleep like a log. Be champions!

I was going to sleep again at 11:30. Nicely tucked in bed, I shut my eyes tight.

But some inconsiderate shit head spoilt it all. He kept honking for over an hour and a half. I have no freaking idea why he did it but it was just plain rude.

It's fucking midnight, sane people are trying to sleep. For once I decided to join the society of the sane by sleeping early, but look what you did.

You've relegated me to community of the undead.

He's stopped already, thankfully, but I can't go back to sleep now because I can't fall asleep with a horribly angry head.

*breathes deeply*

Okay. Let me bore you with random conversations.
Random conversation 01: the best friends in McDonalds'.
"So you agree to Theobroma Tuesday?"
"Theo Walcott?"
"WTF"
"THEOBROMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!"
"Oh, that"
"Yes, that"
"So you're up for it?"
"Yes"
"Awesome"
"So alright, what's the plan?"
"Hmm...Plan one: eat at Fish and Co. Two: eat at Theobroma. Three: buy the shoes with the snake skin print (if it's still there) at Novo. Four: get album. Five: insert earplugs"
"Huh? Earplugs? What for?"
"Isn't it obvious?"
"What is?"
"We're getting earplugs for ourselves because we know you will start squealing once you exit Rock Corner with that CD in your hands"
"We want to take precautionary measures to prevent ourselves from going deaf due to incessant fangirly screams"
"HEY!"
*smacks arms*

"True facts, baby"

Random conversation 02: the mother.
"I went to eat in KFC earlier"
"Yerr...so unhealthy. I expected better from you"
"It was one of those days-lah I felt like eating something from KFC!"
"Anyway, back to what I was saying earlier. While I was eating, they played Light On"
"Did you think of me or not?"
"Of course I did!"
"Awwww! You love me! I love you too!"
"I was thinking about how you'd spazz out and start singing or screaming hearing it"

Seriously, do I squeal/scream really bad?

Anyway, I am seriously in love with the drummer boy and his hair. WTF ARE YOU SO PRETTY?

Sudah Tuesday ke belum?
*gets twitchy*

I'll take you just the way you are.

I created a new rhyme in my slightly unwell state of mind.

My heart is like a map,
my nose is like a tap.

Okay, I know. Lame attempt in making you people laugh. Jeebus, you people are so hard to please!

I'm feeling alright, albeit my nose is a little stuffy (but the good part is that it's no longer running like a tap).

It was a little funny telling people how cold I felt when they were literally melting under the sweltering heat.

We had an online meeting and I mentioned that I heard the newest Boyzone (WHAT? THEY'RE STILL AROUND?!! HAHA) song and we began reminiscing the good old days of our younger days.

We look back now and cringe at little random things like "OMG TO THINK WE REMEMBER EVERY SINGLE LINE! I LOVE THE WAY YOU LOVE ME!!!".

It's nice to know no matter how far apart we can be at times, we can always be geeks and talk about this and other random things when we get back.

My dad once said that he and another man became friends through strange circumstances.

Three of the best friends (including the one who has passed away) started out being enemies with me. Years went by and we became friends under really strange circumstances.

I feel blessed that we're friends. They may corrupt me and all, but I love them.

When we were young, we had crushes, strange tastes in music, and random interests.

Now, we still have all those things and more. We have that bond between us. We know when the other isn't feeling too good. We know what makes the other tick. We know what pisses the other off.

We know what we know.

10 years down the road, we can watch random things like this and laugh, because it just makes us reminisce the times we were at that age and the crazy things we'd say or do for someone on the telly we fell in love with.

Thank you for making me better and taller in more ways than one.

Friends sempiternally.

I will not stand in your way.

The last few days have been insane!

On Wednesday, I think I saw a dead body. I was in the car on the way home when I see a group of people on the side of the road looking rather anxious. I saw a silhouette of a man underneath an umbrella. I thought it was a worker taking a nap (since there was some construction work going on). I took a closer look from the car window, it was actually a man lying motionless, his eyes were wide open and not moving or blinking, and his mouth was dripping with blood. That just scared the living daylights out of me.

Thursday...what happened on Thursday? Oh yeah, Luiz Felipe Scolari was announced as the new Chelsea manager. There was no water in my housing area. Lucky for me, I could take a bath that morning. I had my quiz and came home and decided to dye my hair. Yes, we shall talk about that later. Then, as I was watching all the colour cascade down the sink, I put on the conditioner. And that's when the water begins to run out.

*water drips slowly*
*water supply dies*
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

Like, really. Worst thing to ever happen when you're washing your hair.

So I ran from the master bedroom's bathroom to the other bathroom upstairs.

*water dies after 5 seconds*
"OHMYGOD NOT AGAIN!!!"

So I run to my room and throw on some clothes, while complaining to mate online (who somehow thought it was funny that I was complaining to her while I still have conditioner in my hair).

I ran to the bathroom downstairs, hoping that there would be some water. The shower had no water. But there was water coming out from the side tap. I spent like a good 30 minutes under the tap, trying to get my hair conditioner-free.

I have never seen my towel soaking wet before.

I watched the Croatia-Germany match with my dad and it was hilarious.
"I want Croatia to win"
"Cannot, they made England lose out*! Even though I think the manager is very handsome, you cannot support them"
"It's not a matter of whether I think the manager is handsome or not, it's about rooting for the underdogs!"

*I only said it because he usually is quite bitter about teams that beat England. I am not so bitter. My bitterness tastes strongest when I see Portugal.

And this was just funny.
*sees German manager*
"Eh that's Jose ah?"
*stares blankly*
"No-lah! That's the German manager, his name is Joachim Loew"
"Oh, looks very young"
"Yeah"
"He looks like he's under thirty. He looks good and dresses well"

Hahaha!

My mother was mean. She called my TV boyfriend a "small-time rocker".
"Your DC is a small-time rocker, not like Bo or Daughtry!"
"How dare you insult my TV boyfriend?"
"I am not talking to you! Hmmph, insult my boyfriend. HAH!"

Jealous, much?

Today, I had to go out to make some clothes, buy some stuff and get my keloid-shrinking jab. The last plan failed to materialise, because the doctor's office was closed. Apparently, some people *cough* my father *cough* forgot to check his operating hours on Fridays.

*going up the stairs to hell the doctor's office*
"Okay, there is no chance of me running down, because I'm in the middle of you two and you'd catch me if I try to escape"

Yeah, yeah. Pansy.

I saw a couple of skinny ties, but they were being sold at RM29.90 each! WTF. I need two.
Ugh, someone take me out to The Tie Shop now!

I am so tired. I need sleep. Tomorrow is going to be as taxing as today. I'll be out in my second home and the area surrounding it in the morning and I have a 21st birthday party to attend at night.

Viva la Espana! Go Oranje!

I have a confession, by the way.

I have a crush on this man.

His name is Slaven Bilic. He is the manager of the Croatian football team, a rockstar, has his own band called Rawbau, plays guitar, has a law degree; all of which make him almost incredibly endearing.

Why almost?

Bugger smokes-lah. WTF.

But he is ten kinds of awesome.

Go watch this video of their song for Croatia for the EURO 2008 campaign, Vatreno Ludilo.

No, I have not betrayed my TV boyfriend (you do realise he is called TV boyfriend for a reason, right?).

I'm just trying not to bore you to death about him because the majority of the people who read this dislike him.

On another random but related note to the picture above, I heard the studio version on the radio and I started squealing because I didn't expect to hear THAT song on the radio! Everyone and their cats know I love that version.

That just made my night.

Little things make me happy.

Your laugh intoxicating.

I cannot stop laughing.

I'll explain later. It's just too funny.

*****
I was out in Subang yesterday with my relatives. At about 6PM, the nephews and nieces wanted to go to the park. My cousin asked me to come along and I did since I was going to be alone at home while the parents were discussing politics with my cousin's husband and his father.

You know how I hate politics.

So...the five of them (plus one of my nieces' friend) played football.

And my cousin brilliantly suggested that I go join them. A 20-year-old playing football with kids aged 8 to 15. I felt so out of place.

Trust me, it's been a while since I last kicked a ball. The worst part was that I wasn't dressed for the occassion (I was wearing sandals and jeans that were falling off!) so I ran around the field barefooted (My nephew, K, looked at me and said "You look like a supermodel playing football". Hahaha!).

So, I was the goalkeeper at first and everyone knows I can't be the goalkeeper.

So I switched to being a midfielder.

I scored a goal soon after.

I guess you could say I was back?

I was having fun, barefooted and sweaty, albeit one of my nephews accidentally kicked my foot. I played on anyway.

It ended up in a draw. I had fun eventhough my niece's friend was kind of mad because I was sort of siding the boys' side, which was actually me trying to play fair.

I don't pick sides. I am fair to everyone. I don't even give face to my own team.

But I seriously had fun. Ever since I injured my knee, I've stopped playing with my neighbours.

That's how boring I've become.

K is so adorable. He's 15 and he is a Chelsea fan too, so we were talking about 'the day we could have won in Moscow' and other random things like "How ugly is Chelsea's away kit?".

On the way home, we saw this car decked in ManUre stickers.

I looked at him and said "This car needs to be scratched". He just laughed and said yes.

It's okay to corrupt kids into being vandals especially if he's a Chelsea fan.

My 8-year-old nephew, P, is so adorable too.
"How many goals did you score?"
"None"
"Nine?"
"NONE!"

There's nothing like good times with family and good food.
I wouldn't change it for the world.

*****
If he decides to go into acting, he should start with Ugly Betty. OMG he could be Justin's best friend!

*slaps self*

BEHAVE, WOMAN!

Anyways...watch this. Too bloody hilarious.

To quote Christian Finnegan: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

*falls off chair laughing*

Excuse my fangirly self. I need something to calm me down before I start studying for my midterms.

Yeah, everytime I talk to anyone, I'm always telling them I have exams.

See how boring I have become?

*****
Why in the name of hash browns didn't my mother take her handphone with her?!

I keep telling people they've got the wrong number when they're actually calling the right one!

People are going to be so annoyed with me.

Sorry to all the uncles and aunties who called, my mother forgot her phone and I don't know your numbers because they're not in her contacts list.

My mother owes me something. Something MASSIVE.

*****
Five things I want for my 21st:
01. A fedora.
02. A tattoo.
03. A plane ticket to Wisconsin/Los Angeles.
04. A kitten named Bruce.
05. Davidoff Cool Water for Women/YSL's Young Sexy Lovely EDT.

02 and 03 are not going to happen, as far as I can tell.

So yeah, I'm boring because I am not going to have an upscale birthday bash.

Sue me.

What just happened here?

Hello world.
I am back. I managed to rake in four hours of sleep.

What was I up to?
Well, I was creating a work of art.

Hard to believe, eh?
Hah, I have proof!

The original plan for my Human Personality assignment was to stick photos and write out a sentence on a piece of colourful paper and sticking it onto the A3-sized paper. Well, it was to describe our personality anyway, and I realised how boring I have become, so it fit pretty well.

But then, during my tutorial class, I was unconsciously scribbling 'DC' on my notes.

And suddenly, the creative juices that never existed before came to life to kick me in the bum.

I decided to draw a guitar.

Where did this moment of brilliance came from, you wonder?
Well, the answer, my friends, lies in this video, also dubbed as "porn part 2" by the Scouser. Watch if you're up for it. I am serious.

And also, the idea came from this lovely Luna electric guitar.

Ah, boyfriend, you are such a wonderful muse, you know that?

So after starting work at 5PM and ending almost 12 hours later...the battle with the UHU glue and painted wires ended. I emerged victorious.

The outcome?

16 toothpicks. 5 painted wires/broken guitar strings. 5 silly photos (yes, you are right, that IS indeed a cockroach on the yellow paper). 3 nicely drawn tattoos. Random coloured papers.

One sleep-deprived cookie.

Spot what's different, and I will FedEx you a chocolate chip cookie. You CANNOT answer because you were there with me!

The three tattoos. Nicely drawn. Welsh word for music. The heart on my sleeve. Love and the Egyptian symbol of life.

This is what my room looked like after I was done at 5:30AM this morning. You didn't see the rest of the stuff on my bed. Yes, David was on the floor, serenading me and making me bawl like a baby at times. I sat next to the rubbish bin, in front of the closet. That was the only available spot that my ass could fit in.

"What just happened here?"
"A hurricane just passed by my room and blew everything away"
"I suppose this hurricane's name was Hurricane Cookie?"
"Oh yeah"

So yeah, that is how my TV boyfriend made me artistic.

He is amazing.
First, he helped with my culinary skills.
Now, he helped with my artistic abilities.

Boyfriend, you should be proud.

Today, after handing in the majestic work of art, I met up with mate to celebrate her post-exam celebration.

And we wore the SAME shirt. We just laughed. We somewhat had a feeling the other was going to wear the shirt today.

The mother actually laughed when I told her that we wore the same shirt and wondered if people actually thought we were wearing uniforms.

We were too busy talking about...things...to notice other people's thoughts.

Somehow, she keeps me sane and tolerates my ramblings.

I tried the hankie-hanging-out-of-my-backpocket look today with my infamous tie-belt.

Guess what?

It failed. Haha.

*****
I swear this is just too adorable.

David Cook and David Putty, Michael Johns' puppy.

I love the fact that they both have got the same facial expression on.

Boyfriend. Stop it. Stop being so wonderful.

Where did you hide yourself?

I am in college while I update this. My modem is still dead. I blame David Archuleta, Bill Gates and the powers that be of TM for killing my modem at the most crucial point of my life because I need to find journals and notes and vote for my Cookie.

A lot has happened in the last few days but I have no time to elaborate. This is just a gist of it, anyways.

I need a haircut.
I bought red shoes.
I made MORE cookies.
I need to lose weight.
I spent three good days watching the AI season marathon instead of researching journals
(which wasn't entirely my fault, you know).

Anyways, would you like to hear a sexy chipmunk sing?

Even for a chipmunk he sounds like sex brilliant.

My oh my, boyfriend. Look how you have grown from the auditions until now. Sigh. I want the red faux-hawk back, please?

I cannot wait for Thursday. CHAMPIONS LEAGUE IS OURS, BABY!

Oh, I told my mother a joke.
"What box cannot be lifted?"
"Don't know...voice box ah?"
"No"
"Tell me quick!"
"Penalty box"
-.-"
"Eh at least my joke is funnier than David's pirate joke, right? Admit it!"
"It's funnier, but I still think your joke is stupid"
-.-'

Okay, that was random. I'll be off to download notes now. Toodles!
